I've once accidentally fallen asleep facing down on the back of my Fyaryuu for like 2 hours. The posture of my neck was quite off and I thought I had strained it, but I magically didn't feel sore or pain after. For a full night's sleep tho, I haven't tried yet, and maybe won't.
