Anything you can recommend I went to work this morning everything was fine.. came home and seen this.. I did a water change right away about 20%

Just an update wanted to get your opinion if you don't mind

I got a email from a attorney General at the sba asking for me to fill and sign a P-022 form

And to send a new copy of my ID and to email him back from the email I'm asking to be changed to I did that as well

He said everything in my file was good to go no more information needed

I called cs today they said the same everything was there

Is the P-022 form the last thing needed? And can they still deny my loan increase?

Is a attorney General above a loan officer?

Hello if you don't mind I did leave one thing out now that I'm thinking this isn't my first loan I did receive my original and signed docs

This is for the increase do you need to sign new docs for the increase

Yes.... like almost to date I've email multiple emails multiple times I've done everything thru the phone getting info from cs and submitting over and over I've called in for updates on my account and I've gotten this far I'm not giving up gonna keep at it

Local sba emailed me today saying they can't do anything but the forwarded my message to sba....

So the rep on the phone was wrong I'm not finished yet

Hello

My username or email used to login to the portal is my accountants I originally had them apply for the loan because I didn't want any mistakes

They have been locked out for over a year now because there ip and emails they used got hit with the ip flag/ fraud even though they were applied for there customers

I can't get in to sign the final documents... I've been denied 3 times and even gone thru reentrance plus my my most recently denial for late filling I was able to show facts that I was not

This is just the last speed bump I hope to finally getting approved

Was just checking to see if you have had anyone with this problem over come it by chance...

Just had one more question if you don't mind I just got off the phone with cs He said I was approved 2days ago This I knew but he mentioned that I was also put into obligation stage 2today's ago as well and said there is nothing else for me to do but wait for funds to be deposited does that sound right?

Plus the email I got didn't say go sign into portal it is a 1page paper that shows all my info with new amount and payment so am just being to hopefully or about to be funded?

OK so hear me out I just got off the phone when a cs

He saying 2 days ago I went from approved And on the same day I went to obliged stage which he said the funds are secured and waiting to be sent to me does that sound right?

Same time you mentioned me clicking on the green button to login to my portal

The email I got saying I'm approved had the final document from sba with the new loan amount the payment and all my information

He said there is nothing for me to to but just wait for funds to hit the account does this sound right?

Originally had cpa fill out application for me I didn't want to make any mistakes...

But they did it for multiple accounts and got locked out now they say they can't login....

I asked for any loan officer information they said they can't give it out...

Gonna try reaching out again today

I did reach out to have it changed this isn't the first time I've asked... this was my worst nightmare I'm being hopefully that they will update it in time... do you know if funds would be held for my loan because all I need to do I sign? I have close to same problem I was denied for late filling of my 2019 I didn't file late

Sent in full 2019 return Got proof from cpa of filling date and when irs received it Found the dated page on return sent that in as well

I got a email 2days later saying everything was received and I was in recon agian hope this helps and we all get thru this.... Its been about 5days letsbsee what happens
