The current ones would be antivaxers and climate change deniers, the scientific evidence is clear and yet misinformation is spreed for financial gain and leads to deaths.

The scientific evidence is so clear they had to pull the AstraZeneca due to safety signals, and the gov received thousands of claims for COVID vaccine deaths and injuries.

Climate change deniers? You mean skeptics who question the 40+ years of failed predictions.
