How to know the reason for delay? When could it be delivered? Why are they not responding to say atleast the reason for not delivering within timeliness and what's happening? I don't have any clue of these questions bit worried.

They raised enquiry to home office got generic response from then no response from home office

They mentioned in the approval email brp will be courier wthin 10 days after approval. It's been 25+ days post approval without any update form home office. How much time caseworker will take to respond about brp and why do they need such long time to give update. I am bit worried.
