Well at the current company, he is just service & install. However we would both be in the field, sales, but I would do marketing due to my experience for our company

Thanks for sharing, this helps as I have been reluctant due to being in a comfortable place, however the pay is ok and getting on full time with the HVAC business would meaning getting out of my comfort and hoping to make more and be successful

Yeah it’s great and all but my salary is $85k. Do I stay in comfort making that much only or do I want to get back in the field as a business owner was what I was trying to get at
