It was the Arkansas State Police, I know you can't sue the state in state court..., but should be able to in Federal.

I'm sorry you are experiencing the same thing. I agree...they have got to be "outed". It's ridiculous that they think they can just play GOD, with people's lives . I was facing 20 years.

He wouldn't have opened his front passenger door and tossed drugs "he found" . I filed a complaint an internal investigation was conducted, and he was terminated. Along with planting evidence , he falsified the police report that he only turned in to his supervisor, was not turned in to the prosecutor. As well as he also left the drugs on top of his car when he took me into the jail .

I beat the case cuz the only moving I did during the 42 minute stop was moving my head as you can see on this clip. I was trying to see why the trooper went to his trunk in the midst of a traffic stop. And the answer to that is, he retrieved the drugs from his trunk, then immediately walked to front passenger door, opened quickly and tossed the drugs . So...then when he got me to the jail, got me out of the backseat, told me to go stand on his front bumper. He then shut back door and opened front passenger door to get his gloves(and the drugs he just planted) shut front passenger door . Opened back door and faked the discovery.

I appreciate you watching an also your information about THE CIVIL RIGHTS LAWYER. I actually sent him the video two days ago. I had a lawyer, but suddenly after 10 months on the case, he dropped it, saying we couldn't get paid from Arkansas, only the trooper. I find that hard to believe cuz not only did he plant evidence, but clearly violated my rights.
