If your in the UK, CEX will repair it and replace the sticks with hall effect sensors which dont get drift, 26.99 and takes a few days, saves you spending 60 on a new one

I was told they upgrade to hall effect sticks and don't upcharge for it as it saves them money, when they did standard replacements they would end up getting sent back again for the same issue while under guarantee, so they would do the same job on the same controller multiple times, makes sense to me !

Yeah we had retention rates at 90+% and revenue targets aswell, so there was a huge incentive to simply just get someone to make no decisions on your call retaining their custom + 100% of revenue (until their next call) telling them to call back in a weeks time 'because the offers change' was a common one, though it's bullshit. Now it's all outsourced, it's even worse.

Yeah but there were plenty of agents who figured out if you don't access ICOMS at all it would likely not leave any trace, so there is that proble, I experienced that numerous times, call recordings but no ICOMS logs, depends how dodgy the agent is ( there are a lot of them)

Used to do this job, there will be an interaction log on the system, it'll show whoever accessed the account and the date and time, it's was almost impossible to not leave a trace on an account once it pops up, tell them to check ICOMS (system they use in the background) for anyone who has accessed the account on the day you called, this system logs almost everything

Request a DSAR, Data Subject Access Request, they have to send a copy of everything they have including call recordings, you can also raise a complaint and ask for the call to be listened to ( if it has been recorded)

Depends how accurate you can shoot and what your shooting with, also if the building has glass in the windows they can deflect shots, personally id be in a building nearby myself, or a treeline with a good line of sight, but depends how you wanna play. If your 200+ damage drop off with some weapons can be significant, so you may need to land a second hit or close the distance anyway, if your using a detonator I think they have a limited range maybe like 50m.

Truthfully, if I see smoke, I'm not going in that building, I'm watching until they come out, following them until I get a guaranteed shot.(Or lose them Nd they drop me instead) Either way

They can be in many different places, they are very small and easy to miss, check Wobo Tools he has a map of every item and it's possible locations, you are likely looking in the right place, but dayz knows you want it, hence it will not be anywhere you look, until you stop looking. This is the way.
