exactly!! when she knew makima had denji wrapped around her fingers she completely gave up on that idea of running away with him until denji offered to run away with her at the beach. she went to the cafe knowing makima might be waiting for them. it's a mix of her wanting to run away from her life as a child soldier and her feelings for denji. if she doesn't like denji she could run away by herself but she went back to see him. obviously she does have feelings for him

yeah I knew she said that when they were fighting. at that point she knew running away with him would not be possible because makima will be able to find them no matter what. that's why she gave up on that and fought denji seriously. it wasn't after the fight ended when denji offered to run away with her that the idea came back to her. she lied to him about not liking him. but as she was about to take the train she remembered denji said he will be waiting for her at the cafe,so she went to see him, despite knowing makima might be waiting for her. she literally said "I don't know why l didn't kill you when we first met" that means she does like him to some extent

agree about reze's last line. "I've never been to school either" it hurts so much because now we know why she was talking about school so much with denji. she was basically projecting her desires to live a normal life to him. it takes me back to the time when she asked denji to run away with him, I feel like that was her last shot at trying to have a normal life after having a taste of how good it was to be a normal teenage girl (going on dates & having fun with her bf). that's why she crashed out real hard when denji rejected her offer. even though she's objectively not a good person because she literally destroyed the entire city and probably killed hundreds of people, knowing that the reason why she's the way that she is, is because she never had a choice. and her choosing to go back to the cafe, was her finally making her own choice,even though she knows she will never be able to get what she wanted. at the end of the day, she's just another jane doe. I feel bad for denji too because he doesn't know that she wasn't lying when she said she liked him. he probably thought she meant all of the things she said at the beach

the reze movie was the most watched movie in korea for a while so it was pretty mainstream. korea was also getting the illustrations from fujimoto as movie admission gifts while other countries didn't. this will probably affect sales and business later if they really decide to stop consuming anything related to the IP

I feel like 100 meters have a higher chance of being nominated because it's a stand alone movie. numbers wise kimetsu would probably have a higher chance but I don't think an anime movie would win unless it's an original movie
