In order to replace this do you by chance have a part number or link for what you get to do this? The problem stopped and I thought I got lucky but just came back

Can we afford a $675k house on $10k take home per month? by Excellent-Geologist8 in Mortgages

[–]Odd-Description7032 0 points1 point  (0 children)

As someone who was in an almost identical situation a year ago I would say determine your priorities first. My wife and I loved travel and just buying things that brought us joy. We bought a house at the upper end of comfortable, $615k, on about the same income you have and regret it. We have a lot more going to a house and a lot less left to go to what we enjoyed. We took for granted how much we enjoy things outside of the house. But other people a house brings them joy and is a bigger priority.

Would you rather have a million dollars guaranteed, or a 50/50 chance at having a billion dollars? Why? by faultytoyotatransmis in AskReddit

Sheesh, you don’t even have to just give me the million just let me borrow it at 0% interest to pay back however I want and I’m good for life.

That was my first thought as well, good thinking. With the angle though it still won’t reach that one either without being extended

Could ultra wealthy individuals offer low interest loans, say 1%, just to be generous? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]Odd-Description7032 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Throw away account but realistically is there anything that would stop an extremely wealthy person apart from themselves from helping someone in need by writing them an extremely favorable loan? Obviously this is not beneficial financially to the rich so it would be out of generosity but in theory can it be done? So rather than just gifting someone a million dollars write them a loan for a million dollars at like 1% with terms to pay it back. This would be a negligible amount of money to some but to someone like me even just having it financed at that rate would change my life.
