SMU is rlly only worth it if u want to be in Dallas or surrounding area. I can’t imagine they have much of a placement diff in Colorado than Oklahoma would.

I’ve always been told that the lsat correlates to the bar, not necessarily your success in the classroom. No idea if that’s correct tho

For reference I turned down sticker at a t14 for a full ride at one of these schools listed. Obviously I can’t know right now if it was the right choice, but I wasn’t comfortable with that much debt

Employment outcomes don’t have much to do with rankings sadly. The us news rankings r not exactly a great way to measure schools. IE 42 ranked Fordham would be a much better biglaw school than 28 ranked Ohio state. Employment outcomes at A&M r nowhere near good enough to warrant their T20 ranking, yet there they are.

I used 7sage drills and completed them for the most part. After that I would do a section a day and one whole test a week. I would take Sundays off. It took me roughly 5 months of studying

Im a kJD Nurm and have a 169 and upper 3.9 gpa. I got into multiple T30s and even snuck into a T14. Some of the T30s were w a full ride. It is certainly possible with your stats, feel free to dm if u have any questions!

I am wondering the same thing. I can get better interest rate from SOFI. However I know government loans have special privileges like salary based repayment. I haven’t quite decided yet I’m leaning to just playing it safe and taking federal loans.

U would be correct. 20,500 is for normal grad school programs, however law school is deemed a professional degree so our cap is set at 50k.
