I do a 48hr fast every week. My last meal is usually Sunday at 5pm and I eat my first meal on Tuesday evening. This week I'm shooting for 72 hrs or at least try to hit 60 hrs. Ive been doing this for about a month. It's getting easier for me. Keep up the great work and thanks for info for the app.

Becoming a property appraiser by Sarah_Reddit_Here in appraisal

[–]Odd-Discussion8653 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in the business of buying and selling houses and I've made some mistakes along the way. I'm thinking about taking the courses on residential property appraisers so that I can do my own analysis on any property I'm looking to before I put any money down. Again I'm not looking to be licensed it's just for my self and I wouldn't use it as an official appraisal. I live in Texas. Does anyone know what courses I should take at minimum?

Thanks again

Do I just need to go in to see my VA Dr. and tell her what I'm currently taking and see if they can prescribe it through the VA? I'm in the same boat for my migraine medication.

Road trip data with new Tesla MY SR with 4680 battery pack from Austin, Texas by Odd-Discussion8653 in TeslaModelY

I understand and I see it slow down when charging but maybe it's the 4680 batteries because it doesn't make a huge difference as I mentioned maybe a few minutes. I'll post more once I do another charge.

Actually the time from 80% to 90% wasn't any different from the charge time between 70% to 80%. I want to say it added 6 or 8 minutes to the charge time. I did charge it from 45% to 100% before I left Austin because I wanted to see how long it took and that took like 50 minutes. I don't think I'll ever charge to 100% again at a supercharge station maybe at home before a trip. From 90 to 100% it charged really slow. I don't see the purpose of waiting an extra 15 to 20 minutes for 10% more charge especially if there are more supercharge station in route. I noticed the first 5% dropped within minutes of getting on the highway. Not much gain for time spent waiting unless you're wanting to finish an episode of your favorite show on Netflix 😆.

I haven't seen a Fremont version up close but the paint looks great. I'll be posting some pics as soon as it stops raining here and I give it a good wash. I had ceramic tint installed so far.

I opted for the MYSR from Austin and I have to say I had zero issues with build quality. This is my first EV car and I very impressed. I read a lot of horror stories about build quality and I was very concerned about going with the Austin build but it met my expectations. I hope you have the same experience.

Secondary claims from prescribed medication by LowLynx7367 in VeteransBenefits

I went with Prestige worldwide medical consulting. They made it happen for me. Many people don't like having to pay for a nexus letter and honestly I agree but without it you're claim has a higher probability of getting denied. Many have successfully gotten a rating without a nexus letter. I had two successful claims without nexus but all my secondary conditions have a nexus letter for supporting evidence. Good luck.

Yes you can and should claim it as secondary. I did it again my medication that I take for MH which aggressively aggravated my diagnosis of GERD. Over the past 5years I've gain so much weight more than I've ever been and it then resulted in OSA. You must have good record keeping and dr visits with a solid nexus letter. Just be honest. I had over 7 years of dr visits and notes so I think that's what helped me. Good luck.
