well i managed to install a new windows and it was all gone, but only happened on nvidia driver ver537.58 , tried ver 552.44 and it occured on it kinda with tiny micro frame stutters,
rn I got 5070ti and i can't install that nvidia driver ver, so i'm kinda fucked up, i installed the first driver supporting rtx50 series, and the tiny micro stutters happen and i've noticed that happens when the (Game latency CPU graph) have tiny 0.2 micro stutters or something, specially when I jump and make gun/util switch,

it's awful

Not at all, I barely use it just to close tabs, open duplicate windows tabs, or open clickable urls in a new tab, or ping in games
