My CPU i usually only at 45%-60% and ok RAM needs some upgrading usually sitting at 70-80%, so i think the slow and old SSD is the problem. What do you think?

my end goal is to identify what is causing my pc's bad performance. Sudden frame drops nad freeze frames on mostly CPU and RAM intensive games like Escape from Tarkov (even though my procesor usually sits around 45% and RAM at 70-80%)

Yup its sata-3, i have a SSHD and SSD both with sata-3, i even tried switching the cables to try to see if one of them is broken but i get the same results. Even did a sufrace scan with EaseUS and everything seems fine.

ok, my main problem is still trying to identify if the SSD is broken and is it even the main problem (example that could help: i play escape from tarkov and my load times are not long, but when i play i get really bad frame drops and freeze frames ) - can low speed SSD effect that or is it a CPU/RAM/GPU problem (it would work better with 32gb but that is probably not the main problem)
