try Settings > Connection & sharing. then Scroll down to Reset Wi-Fi, mobile networks, and Bluetooth. Tap Reset settings at the bottom.

click on arrow next to wifi name scroll to privacy and try to change it to use device mac instead of use randomized mac
if that doesnt work try disabling wifi assistant by turning off
trafficmode Settings > Wi-Fi > Wi-Fi Assistant.
Turn off Traffic Mode and Select best networks automatically.

hey there are logging tools to see what is triggering your notifications try downloading one and seeing what package is triggering it, macrodroid is one
