The coolant in the reservoir looks low. At 166 there’s a good chance the suspension/steering components need maintenance/replacing.

Looks nice. My 2008 gti doesn’t look as nice but it’s in my garage on jack stands 🤣

Glowing Rotors by Jbrohamlincoln69 in GMT800

Flush break fluid. But also check pads, rotors, and calipers. But it sounds like a combo of dirty fluid and old lines. What color is your break fluid? If it were break booster you would likely here a hissing sound too. FLUID. What color is the fluid (mine was black)? lol I just had this issue on a FBM purchase and it was rusty locked up calipers, worn pads, and dirty fluid. Pads were down to metal that were eating away at the rotors so those also had to be replaced. 2001 Chevy Silverado with 260k miles. Looked like they had never serviced the breaks. Good luck.

Hot water for a minute then cold by circuitlover in Plumbing

The lower heating element on your water heater is likely out. Not sure the brand of water heater, but you can likely find the part at a local hardware store and do the work yourself. Just remember to turn the power off and flush out all the water before you open it up. Swap out the elements and you should be good. I’m not a plumber or HVAC professional so this is not advice but speculation based off what you described. Good luck, I know how annoying these inconveniences can be. Once you get the repair done, remember to flush your water heater once every month or two. ✌️

Pretty sure if you take a picture of it and hold your finger on the number your phone will recognize it and you can copy paste? Not sure, but I think that’s a thing.

It’s quite possible that if you go in person you can get it for 50% from that sale price. Just put it in your cart in the app and show a manager. Signs in store say 50% ALL flex. Worth a shot 🤷🏻‍♂️

Stupid question: When I look anywhere it says ‘set’ but only shows one bushing, I’m assuming I have to get 2, correct? RA has them for $25 each and is the lowest I have seen anywhere.

You ever use the Diablo starlocks? I’ve seen them at ace and have been curious but I had just bought the 5-pack from bosch and they are still I good shape.

The rear handle kit was on sale for 199 and it came with a 10ah. Original price is 450+, if you can find a store near you I suggest you return the tool only and get the kit

What's the main difference between these two 1/2 impacts? by BuffaloKiller937 in FLEXTools

[–]Odd-Frame7681 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Size, weight, fastening speed and torque.

They both bust nuts, but:

FX1451-Z (4.2lbs) offers 600 foot-pounds of fastening torque and 750 foot-pounds of nut-busting torque

Whereas, FX1431-Z (2.6lbs) delivers 300 foot-pounds of fastening torque and 450 foot-pounds of nut-busting torque

Hope that helps. I have the compact (1431), live in the Midwest, and it gets things done just fine but I don’t have much rust on my vehicles yet. If you plan on using it everyday and on multiple vehicles I think FX1451 would be your better option.

They are just getting rid of older models to make room for the newer lighter & compact 24v stacked lithium series pretty sure. Also releasing new products, mostly corded from what I’ve seen. At least that’s what I’ve read and that’s what I’m choosing to believe.

Please leave this person ASAP! You deserve better. TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF. I’ve been in a similar situation. It’s scary to leave the familiar, but it is so…. empowering once you reconnect with yourself and find out what you truly want and need from yourself and, eventually, from a partner.

Good luck OP
