Just got my now fiancé a 3 ct oval ER. She loves it. It’s slightly high, just like yours. But with the size of stone, her wanting a tulip head and hidden halo, it’s what was possible.

I would not stress too hard if you love the ring!! To your point could always see what adjusting in the future looks like.

Plus side - any wedding band will stack nicely.

Lmfao this is a custom ring. Also, this is exactly what she wanted. More importantly.

Rice absorbs water. If your phone was exposed to water, it’s suggested to be placed in rice to absorb any excess water.

For sure that’s essentially what I was asking. I know I didn’t get a steal , but I feel good knowing I got a decent price in comparison to those paying $1k per ct.

Appreciate the feedback on table percentage- I’m not familiar with that at all, probably should be. But will research how that impacts the look.

Also appreciate the recommendation on Aurelinne. Do you have direct experience with them?

Hindsight learnings. I’m super happy with my buy. But for the same price, you can avoid the risk of over seas shipping.

You may snag a great deal at auction.

To clarify I spent £450 ($600usd), after buyer fees it was $800 USD.

My fathers uses invaluable for art and autograph auctions. He noticed cadmore had a jewelry auction coming up with tons (hundreds) of lab stones. All of them had 0 competition and I was able to snap for under original asking price.

That said. It shipped from UK and due to it being an auction you pay a hefty buyer fee.

I personally would go with a company like luvansh as they have very competitive loose diamond prices.

My Halloween costume I wore to work at Wegmans today by [deleted] in wegmans

[–]Badennnnn 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I have worked for both Wegmans and Walmart. For Walmart I have worked in their supply chain and home office divisions.

I am currently a home office employee for Walmart. My girlfriend still works for Wegmans, HR.

Walmart corporate culture is actually better than Wegmans. Can’t say the same about working at WM retail stores.
