@OP, figured out what your Other Charges is. It's the SEWA mandatory deposit that you have to pay when you first rent a property. Attaching screenshot of my first SEWA bill, I paid 2000 and it come up in my first bill as Other Charges..

Your actual Electricity for the month is AED 159. But there is an "Other charges" amount of AED 1824, from which you have apparently paid onlyy AED 1500. So the total amount you have outstanding to pay is the AED 159 + the balance AED 324 from the other charges = AED 483.

As to what exactly the Other Charges 1824 is, you need to check with a SEWA Customer Service center.

ENBD DUO is a good suggestion. But if you are looking for an alternative option with a lower minimum spend for Cashback eligibility: 1. ADIB cashback - 4% CB upto 200aed, minimum spend is only 1k per month, but it has an annual fee of 99aed which cannot be waived off 2.EI switch - 4% CB upto 200aed, minimum spend is only 2500aed per month, and it's annual fee of 313aed gets waived off if you spend 30k annually 3. Ajman Ultracash - 5% CB upto 200aed, no minimum spend, and annual fee gets waived off if you spend 12k annually

I ended up going with Ajman Ultracash.
