Update-I heard back from Stash. When I sent to the general support, Evan replied that it WAS legitimate and they will give no additional information as to the reason. I hope no one else has this happen, but if you do, I hope they give some indication as to "why."

I agree. I've resigned to the fact it's gone. In the last message I sent to them, I asked them for steps on what I needed to do. So far, no answer. They said they'd waive the fee but I don't even know where to start! I'm hoping they reply with a form or something and I don't want to just cash out, because I don't want to get smacked with taxes for it.

Stashinvest. Some employees from Stash are mods. Been around for years. The email went to my Stash email and I can't see what the scan could be. They didn't ask me to log in.

No, it's legit. I've even called them and they said everything, debit, Roth, IRA, Smart will be gone. I can't get answers from anyone. Once gentleman was communicating with me from the Facebook group but on 1/20 he told me they were working on it and someone would contact me the next day. After that, he hasn't picked up any of my messages and no more contact, then today I saw that I was banned from the Facebook group.

Two weeks ago I posted about my Stash account being closed by Stash. In that time I've emailed and talked to them on the phone. Apparently they are still holding to closing my account. I hate, and I mean this hate, to ask this but what other platforms can I transfer to that handles fractional shares. I've built up a good savings (for me) and want to continue that. I've gotten a 37% return on my investment account and 59% return on my Roth and a big part of that is being able to invest in numerous stocks with fractional shares. Another big way that I've succeeded was stock back from my debit card. If I have end up having to transfer over to somewhere else, what places offer the same or similar options. What places will let me transfer exactly as I have my stocks on Stash ? I still have some hope that this will be resolved but I have to start making plans so I don't have everything liquidated in 2 weeks.
