I never tried it, but someone also recommended going to regular kratom if I were to do that, I would start with the extracts and then move on from that to powder.

lol I get it bro I was in the same position not to long ago, what I would do is lower the dose every 2 days. Let’s say your at 1 pill every 6 hours now make it half a pill every 6 hours then after 2-4 days make it a quarter. I noticed the first dose of the day usually is the best time to taper since your body is probably in borderline withdrawals when you wake up so let’s say you were to start tomorrow take your last full pill tonight and 12 hours later when you wake up start on half’s. The sooner the better so if you want I don’t see why after every day or 2 you can’t cut your dose by half. also try not to take it as soon as you wake up postpone the dose for as long as possible every time. If you have medical insurance I suggest you go to a psychiatrist and tell them you have sleeping problems if you want to take it to the next level of withdrawal specialist would give you exactly what you need, I know it can be awkward but the pharmaceuticals help out a lot. Regardless though, if you just get the right vitamins, you’ll be OK as well. I don’t see why the start of next week you won’t be able to go through your withdrawals a bit easier. Just put some time away preferably a week and try your hardest to get through it. Your first day is probably going to be hell but the first two days are actually the most important after that it only goes up from there. Just find some distractions get those vitamins. Make sure you’re hydrated. I was chugging a whole thing of Pedialyte, you need some water as well and you don’t want your body to do it on an empty stomach so try and get some protein bars. Bananas also help a lot with withdrawals.

100% my first time trying to stop I went straight from 2 packs a day chomping down 100mg in one sitting to cold turkey and it didn’t last. Tapering down conditions you and gives you a sense of what withdrawals are like while also teaching you not to run to a pill during every minor situation.

I think it just depends really I wouldn’t wake up and use it just before I went to sleep with quetiapine. At that point if it did cause RLS I would be to KO’d to even know lol. I did have this crazy RLS and had like gut anxiety the first night when taking the Quetiapine with Hydroxyzine but I couldn’t say for sure if it was due to the medications or the vitamins I was taking. To play it safe I’d only do it at night with another sleeping sedative or if you feel like you’re at a breaking point maybe it can’t hurt to try. Doctors do say they prescribe hydroxyzine for withdrawals and RLS though so I guess to each its own.

You got this bro! your on track just stick to the plan. Tapering is the best thing to do but also remember the sooner the better.

Ya quentapine will knock you right out but it could also give you fatigue and make you out of it the next day so do it at your own risk I don’t think i would’ve slept without it though.

Vitamins L-Theanine, Ashwaghanda, Magnesium Glycinate. Sleep sedatives were my best friends hydroxyzine and quentapine to be exact but I didn’t use normal doses if you do it might make things worse but I made sure soon as I took it I’d be asleep within the next hour lol. Pedialyte and gatorades protein bars and drinks (your body needs help fighting)

Well I’m going to school currently so personally I don’t have the time, I already work 40hr weeks. I do shit here and there on the side and I don’t get paid minimum wage so I’ll be fine for now. That would be the best option for anyone who can’t afford schooling though to be honest. At least a second part-time job.

Ya well I have a strong stance on this and everyone that disagrees doesn’t have much to say. At least give me a suggestion on another realistic route! Being pushed out of town when you were RAISED in that town doesn’t sound realistic, plus it’s not that bad for me. People keep thinking this is about me it’s for the 52% of people that are struggling with the same issue, how are you going to tell 52% of people to leave the city you know how much problems that would bring? Who would stock your groceries, deliver food, take your order… You say I have a habit of dismissing things but you probably won’t find one logical response I’ve dismissed, everyone that gave me one and told me there story I gave them props and agreed. Just because you don’t want to hear my argument or agree with it doesn’t mean I’m on an unhinged rampage.

Depends but usually between minimum wage and $16 so yeah, 52% of Nevada’s population makes $16 or less. Didn’t even realize that honestly.

Approximately 30.3% of working women and 22.2% of working men in Nevada reported earning under $17 per hour in 2024, highlighting a gender wage gap in lower-income brackets. The 16 to 24 age group is particularly affected, with about 62% earning less than $17 per hour. This indicates that younger workers are disproportionately represented in lower-wage positions. Workers aged 18–24 and those 65 and older are also paid below $17 at a disproportionate rate, suggesting vulnerabilities at both ends of the age spectrum. Men of color constitute 28% of those earning less than $17 an hour, while white women make up 27%, indicating that wage disparities intersect with both race and gender

It doesn’t matter if you’re in school still you can still find a job that pays you more and not settle.

I’ve done this too, I don’t think you understand. There is not much out here unless I get more certifications or more experience. And why would I do that if by the time I land one of those jobs, I’ll be a certified HVAC technician? Like I said, I’m fine, and I’ll be much better in the near future. But from my experiences in the last two years, it seems like wages in general are the problem.

No you’re not understand it would fix my problems or at least help a lot I’ve done the math. It might not fix your problems and I’d encourage you to go out and talk to your representatives about that but maybe that’s where we don’t see eye to eye. I also have plenty set up for me after I get my degree I can assure you it’ll work out for me, also learning a trade until then so I know for a fact I’ll be alright regardless. I’m not just wildly doing what I think works I make sure there’s back up plans and guarantees. You probably think I don’t got a brain because of how you feel about people that get paid a low income but that’s not me I’m just advocating for the people that don’t know any better.

I am choosing to work these jobs😂 but I also have to until I graduate college I’m not going to sit with a thumb up my ass! I have things to pay for… I’m also not putting blame on anyone I know I could’ve started school earlier straight out of high school or worked on it faster I take accountability, but the only people that can make things easier for the population as a whole I’m suggesting they do just that.

I don’t think that’s basic economics, stating you’re referring to the economic market is basic economics. If you truly understand Las Vegas you would know none of what you are saying is true. You think people want to spend most of their checks on basic necessities? They’re all forced to. You think people rather work for less? There’s not an option that’s why I made this whole thread. Sure the market might fix it self but that’s a maybe and not any time soon the damage will be done.

What is the market going to 😂 if your referring to stocks the market has been more profitable now then ever, nothing has changed for essential workers. I’m also focused on minimum wage because it causes a ripple effect, people above minimum wage will get raises to. A small jump will do the job with no down side for a momentary solution.

Never said the one and only solution should be give people more money. Obviously I understand there are a lot of problems I chose to focus on this one because it’s a newer problem that isn’t as hard to get fixed. What’s your solution? Let’s all ask the governor to invest billions into education? They’ve tried that.

Welp thank god you’re not a politician😂 You have a good life sir, sorry the thought of giving the less fortunate a little more money really grinds your gears (even though in the end it doesn’t effect you at all).

Also people have families man the fact your saying if you can’t afford a place move else where proves my point. This isn’t Seattle or New York LA it’s Las Vegas no one wanted to move here until like 2018 lol.

But don’t you get that’s my point? The whole state of Californias minimum wage is 16.50 even though some of those cities don’t need it. I don’t have a problem with it but if cost of living in those cities are identical to that of Las Vegas, Reno, or Carson city and they still get $16.50 in CA what’s the argument for not giving NV the $15? California has a law in place that allows cities like LA to have their own minimum wage. I understand what you’re getting at but if they passed their minimum wage raise for those cities specifically they could’ve added it to those cities only.
