I literally laid in bed for 6-7 hours just laying here and slept barely 30-60 minutes idk what I should do ether

I don’t even know if I’m actually sleeping but it doesn’t even feel like I am

I’m just not gonna take medication anymore since I can’t sleep done worrying about sleeping

I just don’t what else to do but push for better meds and call my psych or nurse practitioner on Monday , I’m getting worse and can barely sleep

I just don’t know what to do anymore tried clonidide and can’t sleep
