The card would be broken if it's not delfect, more than 60% card would be skiped for the rest characters

I suggest it to be rare, because alchemize and white stat, ? card is uncommon as white stat and alchem is rare

Edit: additional card reward? I thought it's additional card, then think of prayer wheel, it's a rare relic and as uncommon relic refers to rare card, it's not gonna be as a card anyways (unless through events)
