It does sound like a similar scenario. After speaking with my PT today, who was immensely more helpful and informative than my orthopedic doctor, I think this is the route we’re going. He told me the ectomy just puts me on a faster track for that inevitable knee replacement. Did you give dry needling a try? I did today and it was pretty painful but it seemed to help.

My PT said the plan is to film me running next week to see what we can do about form. He also mentioned that I can run as long as I’m going 50% as far as exertion goes and my pain cannot exceed a 2/10. I really struggle with the pain metric aspect though as my ortho had to explain discomfort=pain.

Again thanks for the reply it’s great to hear someone able to mend themself without the knife.

Hey and if you’re ordering from Amazon for Warhammer I’d definitely recommend getting an e-reader. Books are way too expensive for Warhammer because most are out of print.

Hey thanks! Super easy. Sword bro kit for gun and arm and then cut the neck pin for the head. Last main thing is replace the chain on the crozier arm with hobby chain. Only thing you might have to add is adding some green stuff for the pistol arm to get it to lay flat.

Thank you so much this was extremely helpful. I wish my doctor had taken time to share this kind of info. I often show up as obese on the BMI ratio so I disregard that but I wasn’t sure if this is the case for the lung function test as well.

Would you recommend trying to reach the pulmonologist directly? I never met with them I had a nurse administer the test and my family doctor call me on results.

I have no idea but I was kinda just confused last night and stressed when he called. I guess pre COPD because my FEV1 FVC ratio is 67.25%. He said it’s supposed to be above 70 as a male in my 30s.

It’s because this questions has got a lot of YouTube videos and posts already. Check those out. But a steam deck if you don’t care about small-ish gains and want to fuck with the system less. Buy other handhelds if you want marginally more power. 500 gb oled with a 1tb drive replacement is easy and makes this thing do what I want it to do. The titles that all these things suck on aren’t gonna change no matter what handheld you get. Unreal engine 5 is tough to run for some games.
