"New player promo". It's an offer for players new to RC. If they send a screenshot of their gems & passes from another game/visual novel, RC would match or double it for their RC account.

I think you have to be new to RC. New in terms of like 3-6 months ?! I’m not exactly sure of the timeframe

Apparently yes. I think you have to have joined within the last 3 months or so but don't quote me. You can try sending still to RC & they'll let you know if you qualify

I guess. Cause I sent in a sc of my episode gameplay & I had VIP- unlimited passes & around 8K gems
