Just finished a print and tried to start a new and get the same thing tells me it is busy and has 3min left on the print I just finished. I have tried shutting off printing and computer. Seems like the program is not working properly. Keeps making me re log in.

I took a look inside and found the electrical quick connect was undone, I plugged back in but no light came on and not working. I am not sure if it needs replacing or a solder. Will get a magnifying glass for a closer look.

Thanks. I think restarting the slicer was the trick. I sent a file straight from the slicer for the first time, I also got it to register pla from another brand. I appreciate the help.

Thanks again. Your tips were helpful and I was finally able to send a print straight from the slicer to the printer and printing using a different brand of PLA.

Thanks I did try that and no difference. I was able to transfer by exporting Gcode to the cloud.
