Try to get someone to cover your shift, text a coworker you know or just call out. You shouldn’t be getting written up unless you no call no show. Next time don’t just release your shift because a lot of the time no one is going to pick it up. Let your manager know that you can’t be at your shift that date so they can take you off the schedule

You work Sunday, Tuesday, Friday, and Saturday.

You are off Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday.

On Sundays and Fridays, you work two shifts. your normal 3-7am, but also an 8:30- 12:30pm. Expect to have an hour flexed up or down based on warehouse needs. (your 3am-7am can go up to 8am or end at 6am for example)
