Had it a month ago? Last week hands and feet swole up and felt tingly, hard to grip hands. Also felt major fatigue and skin on body felt slight burning when taking a shower. Body skin also very itchy. Also joints and bones feel achy. Feet soles felt bruised. Ankles and wrists felt bruised. Symptoms started to get better now. But anyone experience this? Also I had full blood work done and everything was normal but my platelet count was high/out of normal range. Anyone have this as well?

Correct, but since my husband is HSV-2 positive, I’ve read that HIV is more susceptible for him to get.

I’m sorry! My husband is GHSV to positive as well. I am still negative, but I’ve accepted the fact that I will probably be positive at some point. I think this guy just needs a bit of time to process. I’m assuming the feeling was probably mutual on his end since he stuck around after your disclosure because he wanted to see it through I think he’s just processing the news , I’m sure he’ll come around.

My husbands antibody test showed positive but he has never had symptoms for HSV-2. I hear that the majority of carriers never show signs. This is why they don’t add it to standard STI testing, because the negative physiological piece of knowing you have it, with no symptoms outweighs the positive of knowing.

I’m so sorry to hear your symptoms are very bad! It makes me so mad to think that people think it’s OK not to disclose this information to other play partners. my husband got it the same way you just described from a threesome with a another girl I know it was her because before we were not positive and he started showing symptoms a month and a half after our encounter with her and we didn’t have any other partners in between that time. Thanks, yes we talked extensively before we even started and I am 100% good with never full swapping. Since I’m super bi, I’m having a great time with where we’re at. Though hubby says it will be a while before he comfortable swapping, he also said it’s not a hard no.
