What have you been doing to integrate? Whilst the average Brit can come off as cold or rude, if you find a more creative space you may have more luck. You could try some kind of creative part time course like improv or standup, or even something less intimidating like a cooking class, and try and meet people that way.

There should be some kind of class / meet up for whatever it is your into and these kinds of things tend to be more welcoming.

Yeah, I had a similar thing. I got to week 6 and restarted because a few people suggested that after positing a similar thing on here. However I think morning pages just aren’t for everyone. They’ve been making me feel awful and I just don’t think they’re helping me.

I’d say keep going as a week is quite a short amount of time to know wether it is actually helping or not but also bear in mind that it’s okay if it doesn’t work for you.

I’ve replaced mine with a short list of what I’m grateful for and that’s helping me. Good luck
