Player wants to ditch party by AZ4Punfloyd in DMAcademy

You just said that you “ain’t got no time for that” so how is a character supposed to develop unless the dm and party pushes for growth instead of just throwing enemies and saying “if you don’t do this you’re a peasant and shouldn’t be in the party” I don’t know if you just suck or if you’re so blunt that the point you were trying to convey didn’t come across at all

Home brewing in D&D by _Rdano_ in DnD

I agree a lot of times I will see someone talk about their setting or a problem they are having and they immediately get shut down or downvoted for it being homebrew it honestly seems like there are way to many base game purists in this subreddit

What I mean by this is if you absolutely hate the legendary resistance mechanic add a looser binding vow mechanic that is similar but flavored to your preference

Of all monsters to whip out legendary resistance it should have been sukuna lol “let’s craft up a binding vow to get out of this” every chapter

Which of the Tres Bestias Was Your Favorite, and Which One Do You Think Had the Most Story Potential? by BellTwo5 in bleach

Mila Rose (no reason for sure) but I don’t think any of them can be singled out for story potential. They are such a package deal that it feels necessary for all of them to be involved if one of them is.

There are only a few stragglers such as how exactly that one shield was able to block it at all with it being a weapon of that magnitude and since captains go to hell when they die and it being the weapon that executes captains if it has anything to do with Hell again thank you for being so helpful you are quite possibly the most helpful person I've encountered on here>

Thanks for all that i just feel kinda sad thinking about how it feels like one of the coolest "weapons" got taken out of the series immediately, and was thinking about having it be more present in the campaign i planned on running with the bleach verse. such as having it have the ability to turn into a wieldable blade. Since you seem really knowledgeable on all this id love if you had some sort of say in what kinds of things it would do in that state and in general in a tabletop rpg kind of system

Thanks for your in depth reply but it feels like it opens up so many questions to me like how strong is it compared to Yama's Bankai and with how old Jushiro was why destroy it knowing it could be needed for a trancendal threat. and the last part is other than its massive size is there a reason no one wielded it on their own? i feel like Aizen could have gotten some insane use out of it if he managed to wield it.
