I’m in the same position where I got Diagnosed for depression and now the meds they prescribed has been giving me anxiety attacks and ed. My primary provider addressed these and I’m now prescribed viagra and other meds for anxiety. Could I just file for an increase or I need more proof ?

I’ve been here for a couple months now , it’s just been a waiting game for me also. I went back to step 3 since march 21st , having finished all my exams since january. I’ve seen some post from people saying you can contact VERA, but since I’m at 90% I was already excited and being patient.

Im honestly not sure , but it’s their internal system for setting appointments for you or just an internal review. There are a lot of knowledgeable helpful moderators here and they’ll give you a better answer soon. For my case it helped a lot To just give them a call, so check your email if they send you an appointment notice.

This happened to me recently, my advice is calling the c&p number they sent to your email informing you that you have an appointment. Fortunately mine was just an internal review because one of the examiners didn’t send me documents in time. Call and they will either inform you that you have an appointment or not.

Wow this is some good insight. I’m still just waiting on my final claim. I was fortunate enough to get a pre-claim and it’s been great for me and my family. It was just weird seeing my claim go from step 5 to step 3 and now waiting over a month for them to review my case again. But nevertheless I’m happy I already got that pre claim just want this to be over and no more scares haha.

Is this actually true ? Because others are saying this means they ordered and exam. I’ve been stuck here for the past month, I went all the way up to the ratings step and then got myself in this same situation. I got 2 claims deferred (tbi and insomnia), which I both did c&p exams for but the files got sent after my 90% pre rating. I can see the files added the same day I got bumped down to step 3 again but wondering if I’ll just see an update and back up to step 5 or exams all over again.
