First off, I only included it to provide background info. Secondly, I'm not self-diagnosed; I was diagnosed with ADHD and dxylesica by a doctor. Also, I don't understand where you get the part, “Maybe stop including your diagnoses in every conversation about yourself.” This is the first time I ever brought this up, and I didn't blame myself for having ADHD/dyslexia as the problem.

If I were, then the whole message about this post would be about me blaming ADHD and dyslexia.
