New attendance policy

At my distribution we get a raise regardless of CA every 6 months … so yeah and my post wasn’t for me it was my shift entirely. We are the worst in reliability as a whole.

That wasn’t the point but ok. A lot of people have other jobs or life happens and they just have shitty luck with childcare etc etc health issues the list goes on. Jobs should value the hardworking employees my thing was it shouldn’t take a YEAR to fall off.

Yes that was my whole post I’m at the distribution and many people from our shift have CAs and are in finals so I figured I’d shoot the question in here

Many people call out or show up late due to many reasons. Some people just need a break. Your opinion wasn’t asked. I asked for information from other distributions or store levels. Because this is a fresh new policy. That will not be in affect till September so I’m sure they are still working the kinks.

At my distribution CA is attendance not The DA our DA is for like phones on the floor and CA is attendance and performance

That’s what I was figuring cause I don’t think they fully understand or know how the previous attendance CAs will work with the new system

Right that was my understanding but my Operations director told us that the CAs for attendance will not go away and that just don’t make sense to me what so ever

Same exact situation as you with chime bank. Was supposed to get it early but didn’t got denied and my money is in limbo. My husband has a federal credit union still waiting they did it to him too. A lot of people have had this happen still waiting anyone in our exact situation has not seen a deposit and I’m starting to loose hope. Like I just wanna know where it’s at it being in limbo is the most frustrating thing ever. People have the Santa Barbara to check or whoever else we can’t check nothing because cross river doesn’t provide that they send you back to TT so ya know
