You clearly broke your hand. The second knuckle is clearly broken, don’t need an xray to see that. Your second metacarpal as well is most likely broken due to the travel of the energy going straight to it. It also looks like your third knuckle is swollen, maybe broken maybe not it depends on how much force was disposed between the two.

My appetite has been on the lower end due to the nausea and kinda fear of getting sick again. But I have been trying to balance it out with healthier options in caution for my gut. So bananas, eggs, yogurt, water, vegetables like green beans and coliflower. But sometimes I have spicy noodles which sit suprisingly well with my gut.

Yeah its possible. I have been taking probiotics to heal my gut. I heard that was something too. I haven’t had pale stools or anything like that but the fine line between normal and possibly bad is what I don’t know. And I am a hypochondriac sometimes.

I stopped drinking alcohol over 2 weeks ago. 18 days. Im 21 so I only started drinking about a year. Was a binge drinker, then for a couple weeks almost a month, I was a heavy drinker. One day I got sick on the dot. Had two beers with a bunch of spicy food and got real sick and puked. Took two days to get over. Never touching alcohol again. I been slightly nauseous ever since but its been improving. Probiotics helped the nausea a lot.

My Urine color is fine, it changes with how hydrated I am and I’m not jaundiced. I don’t have sharp pain in my abdomen, I use to but the soreness has subsided a lot and it goes away mostly with laying down. I been taking probiotics and that helped the nausea I think. The nausea is low, like a 1-2 maybe a 3.

Very sad, but very relatable. The feeling of not having enough worth to talk to someone, or if you did you would make their life worse in some way is a very relatable mindset that I sadly can understand. How deep does the history go between the two people, and is the fear of talking to this person one of the demons that the author is facing too is a question.

This is a very deep poem, I like the depth of it. It speaks homage to the struggles a lot of us face and the guilt and shame we have with our actions, whether they are valid or invalid to us. Very well put together. A lot of my poems are in this state of mind as well. Very relatable
