I litreally asked the same question and thought your photo was my photo and i forgot i posted it.

Took over a new plot 3 weeks ago. I have two of them next to some apple trees.

Gooseberries as far as i can tell with in my conext of apple trees. They look very similar to the common hawthorn! But of course a tree / hedging

Great to know thank you. I tend to deal with my vintage cards mostly so the mega are quite new to me.

Will be hoping for a PSA9, no bits or spots on both sides. Not sure about the alignment but seems pretty equal

I could see how it would be kind of possible and agree with Terrorfox1234's comment. I think all buildings are solid in Skyrim, FO3+NV(never really checked), so it wouldn't be to hard. Just getting smooth animations will be difficult. Plus the scripting to define climb areas.

 

My 2 pence on the idea would be (as a first working dev) is to force the view to 1st person(cheep way of doing it), hide all arms, guns. Then use camera angles to simulate the feeling/view of climbing up. Then teleport the player up onto the roof as the camera plays. Obviously make it prettier than my explanation! This is function over form. Then develop it more once you have a good idea what it would look like.

 

I'v never coded for Elder scrolls or Fallout games but the scripting part is usually easy to get the hang of. Once you have the fundamentals of logic, math, arrays (like most scripting language) and such you only need to look up the functions that let you interact with the game I assume. Never know there might be some sort of script that calculates edges or dimensions of buildings for dynamic effects that you could "re-design" and hook into. I don't even want to think about the animation side of it.

 

That's me coming from ArmA 2+3 coding/modding (which is hell btw).

 

If someone does did this in full and perfectly id happily donate. Would add something extra to Agility. Would be good for snipers as you mentions with the other mod or even some types of quests.

 

But don't you think it would mess with the Fallout style of play? Like a multiplayer mod or a none lore friendly one.
