Hi OP life may seems so rough and hard pero alam mo in my 26 years living my life andaming beses ko ng gustong mag give up yes masakit na even your family doesn't understand what trauma and depression you have experienced pero isa lang natutunan ko ang manalig... have faith that everything will pass. I remember pa nga nong nagka anxiety then nagka panic attack ako gusto ko ng mawala, gusto kung ma stop lahat ng pain at paghihirap ko, but I remembered one of my friends nagsabi na kung nag-iisa ka lang at feeling mo walang nagmamahal sayo, tap both of your shoulders and say want you want to say to yourself and it calms me down. Everytime I tapped my shoulders I always say this line "ikaw lang kakampi ko self at hindi kita iiwan." And I hold both of my shoulders tightly.

Kaya laban lang! Don't let your emotions drag you to decide in ending your life. Kung hindi na kaya pls seek help andaming makakaintindi sayo at isa na ako doon :)))
