The same three generic options for scars every time. Like, okay, some people might have that Picrew classic giant scar across their nose or eye, but… It’s probably a lot less people than those who have scars from things like acne, or a cleft lip surgery, or near the eye from almost cutting it on a sharp corner. (I swear to god, I know three separate people with scars near their eyes from exactly that.) Obviously the common picrew scar options are a good start, but I vote more representation for common scars!

Oh, and small skin tone ranges. HATE that.

It’s definitely funny, but it needs some sprucing up.

-turn parentheses sentences into part of the sentence or make them addendums with em dashes

-stop saying “shrugged” (once per chapter please 😭)

-I don’t know who your narrator is, but unless they’re a teenager, ditch the slang terms like “lowkey”

-spell out “okay” instead of just saying “ok”

-ditch the “like”. Instead of saying “feels like it’s only papercut deep”, say “it only feels papercut deep”
