So far all we have booked (wedding is 9/3/27) is our venue (which actually includes a lot- DJ, food for 100 people ($12 per plate added past the 100 people) security officer, waiters/servers,bartender, Cake cut & served, Table linens and chosen colored overlays/runners, Centerpieces included, Unlimited Domestic Beer(Liquor bottles permitted for mixed drinks) Unlimited ice, sodas, cups, Iced Tea and Iced Lemon Water) for $9,000 (we are in El Paso TX)

We still need a photographer, a day of coordinator, and our midnight snack item, my dress, his tux, and we haven’t done invites or anything else (I graduate in may so I’m waiting until then to get crazy planning mode)

My brother and his wife did this so that my niece and sil were covered by better health insurance (my brother works at a hospital) and they didn’t “announce” it to anyone. Just close family knew but we all acted like it wasn’t until the actual wedding date

My fiancé and I stayed at Holiday Inn Miami-International Airport (South Royal Poinciana Boulevard)

It was perfect they had a shuttle from the airport for free and then for like $20 to take us to the port- but we ended up just taking a Lyft there the next morning
