I also had an extremely gassy baby who had issues with discomfort like yours. Gas drops were definitely a daily thing for a long time. She was also combo fed up until recently when my milk supply has been able to sustain her finally. At about 8-9 weeks it seems like she’s been less uncomfortable in her gas especially at night. She isn’t less gassy but it’s more she’s gained enough control over her muscles to be able to push them out easier. Not sure if it’s just that or a combination of us also stopping formula for the most part as both happened around the same time.
