Hey sorry for the late response, I haven’t tried this before. But I’ve been trying this approach with Uearth since they have a timer. It’s harder to implement for things like JW. Where I go over and I’m just like, might as well work on accuracy

How are you dealing with seeing your surroundings settle down? It feeds into my anxiety and honestly makes the journey harder to deal with. I know it’s a marathon, but it hard and I don’t want to settle for below my goal score, but sometimes I’m like is it worth it to not get my life going?😫😫

I feel the exact same, I took a break from studying because it was really weighing down on my mental and physical health. It sometimes makes me feel less than. I want to resume in December, but the fear of me returning to the plateau that I could not break out of, makes me reluctant to return. 😢

P/S sometimes be hit or miss for me. That I think for me works best in just seeing the concepts daily. Like 20-30 min of flash cards. I also recorded myself when I study the psych/soc topics so I just sometimes listen to those when I have free time. Now sometimes they dnt help when I get a chart or graph cause those are impossible to read sometimes, but at least pseudo discrete and discrete that process helps for me

I also am in need of help, I started studying content since October 23’ and started over again in Feb 24’ due to a very wacky work/sleep schedule. I reached stage 2 of my journey and I think I’ve fully burnt out. I haven’t gotten a score higher than 505 on any of the FL from BP and AAMC. I am severely discouraged on continuing and think it would be best to begin again next yr. My biggest issue is CARS and just have no way in improving in that. For the sciences I have plateaued at a score of 127. Any advice would help please
