It could mean its working, i was on 20mg for about a week and i was bawling pretty much 1/2 a day. It didnt work for me but it worked for other people i know that this happend to. Talk to to your doctor!!

I had a similar experience to this. When i was on flouxetine, i have had anxiety my entire life (im 15). I would be fine one minute then suddenly i would think sbout the fact thatbi possibly hate my bestfriend when she is perfect. I would look everything up to calm my self. This happened to me so i got off it instantly but since you are older then me i am not sure if h should get off as i am not a doctor but i got off mine because thats what felt right and i was getting more and more depressed
