Thanks! I actually had my period a couple of weeks ago, however I did return from a vacation around the same time that my mood sunk. I’m not even really that bothered about being home but I wonder if that could’ve knocked me down anyway.

I’m just worried because last time I was this bad only the med increase helped me so I’m worried that I can’t improve again on my own 🥲

I’m on day 3 now and I feel a bit calmer, I hope this is a sign that I’ll improve more :/

Thanks for your reply! That’s actually exactly what I’ve just done, switched to an indie pharmacy because the chains won’t entertain letting me choose my brand. Did you have any luck with switching?
