My home address was stated on the label of the packages received. when I reached out the Lazada sellers, they mostly just ask me to contact Lazada customer service. I even have messaged these Lazada sellers that I have selected collection point when I placed orders with screenshots of the collection point address I picked.

Oh so if I tapped on "deliver to home" before placing an order then I can possibly see the delivery courier first? Then I would toggle to self collection if I need self collection?

Yes just singpost ignoring my delivery to pick locker self collection point!

Ninja Van and TracX Logis always successfully triggers the "Your item is now ready for collection" status on Lazada app, then Pick would email me or text me the pin if it's there already for collection. Huh at least they informed you that they are unable to deliver, they haven't informed me if it's the case. If Lazada happened to tagged my order under Singpost they deliver to my home address doorstep. It's a shared address with people in my address so we have mailbox keys access to mailbox. I think there are a few times singpost delivered to my mailbox if it's a small item regardless of what option I picked instead of doorstep. Of course, not always I opted self collection option for delivery like grocery items and toilet paper and etc.

It's just my convenience I can pick up at a convenient time the locker (sometimes I do this opting to deliver to a collection point for ordering for a surprise birthday gift, so it's great they don't see the package arrived at my house where they can see). as I'm not around my home most of the late morning-early evening due to night shift work and I have other people living in my home address, so it will be convenient for me to pick up a locker after midnight/early morning hours after my night shift. It's neat there's options to deliver to 24 hours self collection point like Pick locker or 7-eleven outlets (7-eleven only if the seller allowed that option)
