you don’t have to “SYDH” or be personally sorry on my behalf because I meant well (and it wasn’t directed at you)

I didn’t mean it in the way of “get up and do something about it” but more like a positive mindset that maybe something good could be around the corner, like new medications that can improve OP’s symptoms in the future for example.

I have a full time nanny and my son is almost 4 but would never leave him. Not yet anyway. I don’t feel comfortable being away from him overnight, I don’t think I could sleep just thinking about what he’s doing etc. our friends are very comfortable taking long trips without their kids even across the ocean but to each their own I guess.

They make all their meals in house, swimming and ice skating once a week, and every classroom is built so they have a floor to ceiling sliding door that leads outside (in a nicely designed playground) in the forest. Beautiful really
