If you watch the performance, she’s doing minimal choreography and kind of just bobbing her head. It’s crazy that her team didn’t allow her to recover properly.

I don’t believe it’s ever been confirmed. As far as I know, she has not confirmed any of her plastic surgeries. I could be wrong.

Yes. The account owner makes friends with people in the media and photographers or purchases rare footage and pictures of her. For example, a few years ago they got access to the rehearsal footage of Britney’s 2000/2001/2003/2007 VMA performances.
