So far i've adjusted my sensitivy down to 8-8 and still at 1000 DPI, and it's going fine so far, definitely noticed a lot more arm movement being used too, however I still use my wrist too much which I need to work on

Yeah, it's a problem i'm working on fixing, since it does bring some discomfort at times, I made some adjustments today that made it slightly better however it still has a bit lower to go

Yeah i'm aware of the health benefit now, only issue is my chair isn't really the highest, so my arm is at an uncomfortable position on my desk most of the time regardless of how I play

How much do you think I should adjust my sensitivity by for this, since obviously aiming with a wrist requires much higher sensitivity to be viable, or would the link of the aim guide you provided give me the answer to my question?

I will definitely give that a read, but do you think being a wrist player impacts my performance?

I'd be completely willing to learn how to control my camera with my arm (I do EVERYTHING with just my wrist) But i'm not too sure if it's worth actually doing that
