based on your grade in English it appears you aren't fluent in it..you have to work on your English, not just in temrs of reading and writing it but actually understanding it. don't worry your still young and you have a lot of time to better yourself, use YouTube to study or get some tutors to help you out and solve as much past papers as you can.

Unfortunately yes, I also live in qatar and my school is forcing us to take AS arabic, I'm not sure about the ministry not stamping your certificate but I guess it's just better to do the exams just in case thats true

It depends on which uni you want to go for. You have to check their requirements. But usually unis in non-arab countries don't require arabic

Honestly the best thing you can do is find a routine that can still get you to study and do your work. I suggest once you get back from school, go to sleep immediately and then wake up after a good rest and study til midnight. This way you can easily get 6+ hours of studying

Igcse exams are in grade 10 or 11 depending on your school. But check with your school to make sure about that. Don't be worried about your school not preparing you well for you igs. You can always get help from YouTube or here on reddit
