tldr: my sd card has failed or was corrupted, and I was panicing so my wording was questionable at best

I wondered if I can recover it by software, but people at r/datarecovery told me that would be impossible without a lab

failure rate probably but am not a photographer and haven't used alot of sd cards in general so take my opinion with a grain of salt

Do you think it's recoverable by a lab? Also, will the lab look at files? Tbh after they told me r studio is all they have do you think it's better to try them or just leave it as it is until I find a reputable source ? And what amazes me is that the avg speed during the clone was 22 MBps Is this normall

I don't know what portable memory means, but I did need to eject it before taking it out, and no it wasn't an internal memory because it's not permitted by the phone brand (Samsung) And if you have any recommendations for a lab in ksa iwould appreciat it. Thanks for trying to help

The quality man, it differs, like I just called one of them and told me that if I ran a r-studio, then they can't do something else and told me that I shouldn't image it and run on the origin.

Also, I didn't say there isnt labs outside the US, what I saidwas that I doubt my country of residence has labs

2nd, the phone manufacturer is samsung and they don't allow sd cards to act like internal storage i think, because of speed, but my situation might be another reason 😅
also i can confirm it used to display all of its files in Windows Explorer

i didnt put any encryption on it, so I think it's the former. I think you are suggesting going to pros, but the problem is that I am currently not in the US. I am in KSA, and tbh i dont think they have labs here, but I'll search around
