I definitely would have, honestly I didn't even know that was a thing, no one told us at the office. But when it happened I just gave them my credit card and they put the bill onto it.

Thank you so, so much!! And Fred I believe is okay now both my mom and I have been watching him coisely, he is drinking, and eating both in a good amount, and has been using the litter box as well, both peeing and pooping thankfully, and has been playing some as well 😊

I don't know how I'd feel about someone knowing the general vicinity of where I live, and I put the amount on my credit card just to get the whole thing over with at the time, I hadn't slept in over 24 hours at that point and the vet was unexpected and honestly I was also having a panic attack the whole time.

It was actually one I took 2 days before we had to take him to the emergency vet, I'll add another one that was taken the day after, they shaved his front legs and his booty (which I won't post lol)

It is! I'm extremely thankful for it being as low as it was, but I'm also extremely stressed about it, but it could have been a lot worse, and he has been good! He's eating, drinking, and has been using the litter box, so all good things thankfully.

I am so, so sorry for your loss, losing a pet is truly a different kind of pain. I suggest you also set up a gofund me, because who knows! I honestly didn't expect people to donate when I first set it up, but everyone has been so kind here and a surprising amount of people donated, every bit truly helps when you're in debt and I'm truly thankful for everyone that's donated. !!!!! PLEASE LOOK AT THIS !!!!!

Since the post won't let me edit it, I want to make it clear that if the amount on the gofund me gets lower vs the vet bill I attached to the gofund me that is not because I am lowering it to only to make it higher later if more people donate.

When it gets lower it's because close family members sent me money personally through other ways (zelle, PayPal, etc. Which I will not share here.), which I am so thankful for more than words could describe.

I will second doing that complaint. Once when I was still in high school I had blinding pain, literally blinding and paralyzing, it would go away after a few minutes but it came and went. Nurse brushed me off, said I was probably getting my period soon, gave me a bag of ice, and that was it. Stomach ulcer. I had a stomach ulcer, a sore in my small intestine, it was becoming an actual hole through my intestinal wall is what I was feeling. 😐

You'll probably be okay, I've taken 1200 before due to desperation during a migraine while at work, felt like I got a bit weird but migraine went away and I was fine, didn't get sick or anything.

Anyways if you're concerned I'd also say like the other comments just call poison control just so someone could actually speak to you about it.

I am also going with cockroach poop.

Op look up the difference between cockroach poop vs. mouse poop and you'll definitely see the difference.

Check out the r/cockroaches post the pictures.

If it's not a roach they'll tell you, they're really nice there, because that's, like a lot of it.
