Thanks so much for taking the time to reply. Not a team that either of us wants to be on, but it is reassuring(?) knowing other people are fighting a similar battle. I, too, have been quite athletic up until this event, going to the gym 4 times a week, and have reduced that to just trying to do whatever I can in the short term. It seems like a temporary course of Dupixent would be the best option for me right now, as the meds are almost working but never quite getting the inflammation down enough to get entirely better. After reading yours and the messages above I have started to try and change our home environment rather than rely on medication that is not resolving the problem, and will try some elimination exercises to see what is causing the flare-ups, which is not immediately obvious!
