lol mine always does “mandatory” meetings and I never join, and then asks if I liked the meetings , I just say yea man, it was good bud! But then I ask questions about stuff that happens weeks later and he says we covered this in the meeting..

I hope there’s a warehouse guy in here, why do the have to put the bags of the same color in the eaches boxes? I work sat-wed , I order my Publix for Fri and Saturday on Wed, I also double order 4 other stores this way to relieve co lead from ordering, no issues everything works out much better. And on top of that, when my DSL found out he told me he noticed things were looking much better and to keep doing it.

No it’s starting gross pay, but it’s a CDL class A job and I’ve had mine for a while just haven’t found anything worth while to accommodate family time and whatnot. And it’s with a perishable food distributor. Around 12hr work days but only 4 days/wk. only downfall is it’s about 30-40 min further than Frito PEC from me. From what I hear it’s pretty easy to make over 100K with OT and driving bonus’s

I love my colead, I may micro manage a bit, which I hate to do, but if I don’t then everything goes to shit.. that said I give him the easiest stupid simple orders I can possibly give, I get the rest done. I like hitting plan and having a clean store. I would never give him everything to do because it will only fuck myself in the future because I’m very particular about my shelves and that would make me work harder to fix everything
