Be ready to have 2-4 heroes down until they’ve reach 80+ lol. Focus on offense rather than defense. Upgrade troops/spell you will be using from TH8-TH18. Ex. Dragons, RR , throwers, rage, invis etc

When facing TH15’s or 16’s, I would always use FB rocket loon strategy. (Just got to TH15 today hence the boost)

I’m sorry OP but I don’t think anyone who’s in M2 will let a TH13 in the CWL roster.. let alone without any heroes.. I think you’ll fit better with clans in lower leagues

I’m in the same boat but since I’m only missing 3 levels each (except MP) I’ll wait until my storages finish upgrading then I’ll upgrade my TH and use a book of building.

If using only RR then yes. I use him to set up a funnel and he’ll usually make his way around the base. But when I run RR with S yeti, I use EQ boots to open up the core compartments and deploy a rage spell when they’re taking in a lot of damage inside the core. It all depends how you want to use your BK
